Registration
2016 attendee registration is now closed.
The conference registration deadline is April 18, 2016. Late registration is available on-site at the conference for an additional fee. However, availability of meals cannot be guaranteed for these late registrations.

The AMC registration desk is located on the exhibit floor East corner entrance, below the skywalk. All conference attendees must check in at the registration desk (open at 7:30 AM each day) and obtain an AMC name badge.

The 2016 AMC will be held at the Ramada Waterloo Hotel and Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center, located in Waterloo, Iowa. Room reservations and check-ins must be made independently through the hotel reservation service. Mention that you are attending the AMC Engineering Conference to receive a discounted room rate reserved for conference attendees only.times may vary.

Visa Applications
Visas are required for some nationalities to travel to the United States of America for this conference. Please contact your travel agent or US Consulate/Embassy in your country for details on the visa application procedure as soon as possible. Visa processing times may vary.

Participants are recommended to apply for the Tourist Visa. The organizing committee of AMC will not issue any official letters of invitation for a business visa application.
